Imagine waking up to the sound of ocean waves and birdsong.
Barefoot in the white sand, you sip spiced chai as the sun rises over the palm trees. Later, you float under the moon, salt-kissed and smiling, held by warm tropical waters.
You’re in Kenya – where the pace slows, joy bubbles up, and the soul remembers.

This is not a typical retreat.
This is a sacred adventure back to your body, your essence, your joy.
A mix of laughter, connection, rhythm and rest – in one of the most soul-stirring places on Earth.

Together with a small circle of conscious travelers, we journey to the coast of Kenya to explore beauty, community, creativity and presence.

Swim in the sea at sunrise. Float under the moon. Let the tide wash away the noise. We’ll gather on the beach at dusk, dance barefoot in the sand, and breathe in the medicine of water and night.

Dance workshops, ecstatic movement, African drums and joyful expression with the Masai tribe. Shake it all out and let your spirit move freely. Reignite the joy of being fully here.

✧ Stillness & Soulfulness

Yoga, meditations, breathwork, and sacred rest. Sink into yourself with softness and deep listening.

✧ Cultural Exchange

Cook with local women. Visit villages. Share stories around the fire with our Kenyan friends. Be received in community, heart-to-heart, beyond words.

📅 Dates: September 23– October 4 , 2026
📍 Location: Coastal Kenya – Galu Beach, 1 hrs from Mombasa Airport or 15 min from Ukunda Airstrip and excursions with wildlife Safari and nature experiences.

12 days / 11 nights accommodation by the sea
Full board: 3 local, nourishing meals/day
All workshops, ocean ceremonies, yoga, meditations & experiences

Free time to do excursions on your own like, Kite surf, Scuba Dive, Shopping in Mombasa, SUP or just relax and read a book.

Flight transfer adds to the price.

I was born in Sweden, but Kenya is my second heartbeat.
This land changed me – slowed me down, opened my heart, and reminded me that joy can be a compass.
I created this journey to share that medicine with you.
